After some discussion generated both by the playerbase and our own team, we're happy to announce a few rule changes that are going into effect immediately.
1.) Riding in the back of vehicles that have a bed/box, like the Sadler or Bobcat, has not be allowed for a long time and car-surfing of any kind was brought under the microscope at the end of 2.0 because of street gangs using bikes with multiple people which looked incredibly bad....
